Return/Exchange Policy:
At Rise With Ease, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow our policy guidelines below:
Returns or Exchanges:
- You may return or exchange your item within 14 days of purchase.
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Please include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return/exchange request.
Shipping Charges:
- Outgoing and return/exchange shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If your return includes a free gift with purchase, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
Initiating a Return/Exchange:

- Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any items are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Exceptions:
- We do not accept returns on worn.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Repair Services:
- We offer bracelet repair services on our products only. Ship your bracelet with all its pairs to us, and we will fix it for free - just cover the shipping cost. Visit Bracelet Repair
